We do our best to accommodate your busy schedule and have therapists available Monday – Saturday.
Evening appointments available by request for certain therapists only

We offer 55-minute therapy sessions
Clinic fee is $155
​
*90-minute session options, family therapy, &
EMDR sessions (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
are also available*

Insurance
Check your insurance provider as both our therapy & assessment services are covered by most providers.

Within our team, we have Registered Social Workers with Master's-level training (or are currently completing their graduate degree), Canadian Certified Counsellors as well as some who have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

Our assessment team is made up of Registered Psychologists.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled therapy appointment, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance to avoid incurring the standard session fee.
