ADINA STROMBERG
BSW, MSW, RSW (#4186)
Hello. I was born and raised in Saskatoon, I have a strong connection to our community and appreciation for all of the opportunities within it. I use a relaxed, friendly and empathic approach when working with people of all ages.
I have a particular interest and enjoy working with youth who are experiencing anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I also have experience working with adults and youth in areas such as panic, body image, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, self-harm as well as relationship and family challenges.
I take pride in being able to engage and empower individuals, particularly youth, and support you to move toward your goals and overall wellbeing.
My counselling approaches include CBT, strength based, solution focused, mindfulness, narrative and trauma informed practice.
I also have experience working with both adults and youth who live on the spectrum offering a safe, and non-judgmental space to navigate through relationship and emotional difficulties together.
